Large and light interior designed period property (house) in Brixton简介

An interior designed Victorian house perfect for photography and film, workshops and events. Corporate events only please, sorry we cannot host private parties. The entire lower ground floor of our home is open plan and comprises a large and light kitchen, dining and library/music area with large double doors to a large courtyard style patio. This floor has its own separate entrance, powder room and laundry.

On the ground floor there is a double sitting room with an abundance of period features and a large bathroom with cast iron bath and bespoke fittings.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (two double) and two bathrooms (one is ensuite off the master bedroom).

On the top floor there is a further double bedroom.

The house has lots of period features such as wooden sash windows, intricate cornicing and ceiling roses, cast iron fireplace and parquet flooring. It is furnished with a mix of high end furniture, vintage/antique pieces and original.

The house has a good sized garden with two patios and private drive.

Outside catering is allowed.
Outside food is allowed
Licensed caterer must serve alcohol
BYOB alcohol allowed
