Gorgeous Studio: Events & Pop-Up

Studio 94YS is a gorgeous, flexible Central London space for hire that accommodates a variety of activities: Yoga, Pilates, Gallery, Brand Launch Events, Sample Sales, Fashion Shoots, Pop-Up shops and an intimate Private Dining Venue. Our hosts welcome all ideas to our space.

Located in the heart of Marylebone London, our space is surrounded by the chic shops and restaurants of the neighbourhood. It is also well connected within a 5-8 minute walk from the nearby tube stations of Baker Street, Marylebone and Edgware Road, making the location highly accessible for guests and customers.

Our engaging space has an attractive and welcoming exterior providing plenty of natural lighting that combines with the oak hardwood floors and white interior to create a vibrant, light, and energetic space. Simple feature LED floor lighting compliments the LED spot lighting that combines to create a different ambience for your event.

The hire room is a flexible, bright, naturally lit space at the rear of the property and linked to the street-fronting jewellery shop. As a guide, it provides space for up to 22 people standing in a reception with canapés format, 12 seated for a lunch/meal or 12-15 for a workshop/seminar and up to 7 people for yoga or Pilates (1 teacher and 6 students). Yoga mats and accessories are available. We also have a preparation kitchen for all your needs. This space is perfect for your next pop-up event, zen class or anything in between!

Retail-based activities will have access to shared use of the front jewellery studio during the event. We will be delighted to discuss your requirements with you. Guests will have access to Wi-fi if required.
